Late

Sorry about not posting for a while. I completely forgot. Right now I'm watching the Stanley Cup. The Pens are in, so I'm pretty happy. The only problem is, the Red Wings are beating the Penguins in the series 2-1, but if the Pens win this home game, then it will go to a best out of three series. Look for a new post soon.

West Virginia

As you all know, it is Memorial Day Weekend, and everyone is going away. As some of you may know, Randy Moss was born in Rand, West Virginia. And as it turns out, I'm going to West Virginia for the holiday. So, of course, I got so excited about going to see Randy Moss' house. Only problem is, we're going to be on the other side of the state, a seven hour drive from Rand. So, I guess I'll just have to live with it for now. We are going to be staying in a really nice house, though. It's pretty much everyone's dream house. It's in the middle of a national forest, it's got cable, wireless internet, a hot tub, a game room, and four bathrooms. I'm leaving around 4:00, so I might not post today. But, since there's wireless internet, you might here from me tomorrow.

Lacrosse

I play lacrosse. It is a sport that you use a lax (lacrosse) stick to throw a small, hard rubber ball into a goal. You can also hit, or check people with your body or stick. I play either midfield or defense. I'm pretty good. Another interisting thing about lax is that it was invented by the indians. It was used by them to find a sacrifice. Nowadays, though, it is just for fun.

I'm Back!!!

I'm back, and after two days down at Williamsburg, I'm pretty tired. As you all probably know, we went down there to compete against other bands in our same division. Turns out, we got the best rating from the judges (Superior) and won the competition. We were all expecting to get a good rating, because at the end of one of our songs, we could hear one judge saying, "Excellent, great ending". Then, the next day, we got to go to the park. George and I started out in a group with Spenser, Bryson, Calvin, and Danny. But then, as we were in line to go on the sky lift, we saw Leah and Elena, who-after the lift-convinced us to go with them. So, we walked around for a little while going on some rides, and then we found this one stand. It was a simple game. All you have to do is pay the guy (Josh, who became a friend of ours later) three bucks, and you get to pick a duck out of the water. Whatever color is on the bottom of the duck decides which size duck you get. Yellow=Small, Red=Medium, Green=Large, and Blue=Jumbo. I ended up with a jumbo duck, not because picked a blue duck, but because you could trade two ducks of the same size in for a duck of the larger size. After we finished playing that game, we went to the awards ceremony, where we found out we won and all that. Then, George and I, who were supposed to be in a group of four or more, were walking around the duck game when we noticed a tent right across from the ducks. So, we went in there to find out what was in there. There was this one game that had the prize of a giant penguin. There was no way I would not play that game. Of course I won, because with an incentive like that, there was no way I could lose. Then, five minutes before we were going to start walking, I had to play the duck game. So, I ended up coming home a giant duck, a giant penguin, a small duck, and a trophy for our band. Not bad.

Busch Gardens

This Friday, my band and the school orchestra are going on a trip to Busch Gardens, Williamsburg. We are going to be there for two days, one day we will play a concert and the next we get to play in the park. I can't wait till we leave. My room mates are George, Spenser, and Kris. We leave pretty much as soon as we get to school, and we get back the next day at about 9:00 PM. Well, that's about all I got to say about the trip. I might not post for a while, but I'll be back soon.

School

Guess what? As I'm writing this post, I'm sitting in school! Turns out, when I finish the SOL, I go to my first elective. Since it was almost like a two hour delay, we didn't have enough time to do anything in typing. So, we just went on the internet. So, now I'm writing a post. I just thought that was pretty kool. Usually, typing is pretty boring. We just type as much as we can from some typing book. But today, we get all internet time. Well, that's pretty much it.

Water and Writer

Did you ever look into your glass of water and wonder why it's so, well, watery? Well, tonight, I did too. In my opinion, it's all just too clear for me. I mean, why can't it be more purple or something? Also, it really annoys me when people color it as blue. Just pick up a glass of water. Is it blue? NO! I mean, come on! It's clear as, well, water! See?!? It's so clear, you can't even use something else to describe it! Wow. I just wrote like six lines about water. Oh, well. I guess that's just how I am. Oh, also, I just wanted to say that from now on, I'm going to sign my name at the end of each of my posts so that you know who wrote. That should make things easier to understand.

My Dog

In case anyone was wondering, I do have a dog. She is a 5 year old poodle named Josie. She may be five, but she's more playful than half the puppies I know. Whenever we let her outside, she just runs in circles outside of the next door neighbor's yard. She's kinda weird like that. But I still think that she the best poodle ever. At the right is a picture, and behind her is my sister, but she's ugly, so Josie's blocking her out.

Race For Hope

This Sunday, Sam and I ran a five kilometer walk/run to cure brain cancer called the Race For Hope. Everyone gets two free T-shirts, one for your team, and one that is the same for everyone. Our team is called Mike Coda's Little Tigers. Mike Coda was our friends' dad, and he died of a brain tumor in 2004. Sam and I ran the race together in 31 minutes and 7 seconds. One kid on our team ran it in 29 minutes!

Just in case anybody was wondering, here is a picture of miso soup.

By the way, If you're wondering about electronic stuffies, here is an example.

Randy Moss and LT

Sam and I are real football fans, so I decided to publish this post. My favorite football player of all time is Randy Moss, the New England Patriots' wide receiver. If you know anything about me or football, you have definitely heard of him. Sam's favorite player of all time is LT, who is a running back for the San Diego Chargers. His real name is Ladainian Tomlinson, but he goes by LT for short.

My First Post

This is my first post, so I'll try to keep it simple. I made this blog, and I have some kool kat game sites for you. For one, nitrome.com is a great site for games. Mostly we like their artwork, but yea. Also, there is miniclip.com, another great site with limitless amounts of games. But addictinggames.com has more games than anybody could possibly play. Our favorite game there is super crazy guitar maniac deluxe 2. It's kinda like guitar hero. Also, if you're looking for a good desktop background, you should try bluebison.net.
